Let's buy a house, take 3
We put an offer down on a house today. Derrick's in NYC for work, so I'm pretty much doing it by myself. Yikes!

Oh, and get used to that. I ALWAYS handle the "house buying" now. When your Hubby works retail, he will always seem "too busy."
