Last night I learned some shocking information. We were saying goodbye to friends that were moving away, when another friend mentioned that Jaleel White committed suicide! Double sadness! Supposedly he left a note that said, "Did I do that?". You know, the phrase he always said on Family Matters? How terrible!
Well, this morning before I left for work, I Blingo'd "Jaleel White" to see if it was true. And to my surprise and happiness, I WON!!!! That's twice now! I, of course, opted fot the iTunes gift card over the movie ticket. Tell me again why you AREN'T using blingo for all your searches???? Install the Blingo toolbar, and use it. Hooray! What a great day! And it wasn't even 7:30 yet!
So my temp job is at a health insurance agency. All calls coming in regarding claims and benefits get recorded, first on the hard drives, then archived to tapes. My task, should I choose to accept it, (and I did), was to look up a list of calls regarding a certain case for litigatiion purposes. Like Cher did in Clueless, which is one of my all-time favorites. There is no better teen movie that came out of the 90s, in my opinion. If fact, I am tempted to watch it now...
So anyway, I had to research which tape it was on, then find the tape and load it, then listen to the conversation to see that it matched, based on policy number confirmations, and save it to the network. It takes these tapes forever to load, so I have lots of downtime. So today, I brought Ike and my knitting, and went to town. Niiiice. Getting paid to knit is the best!
I am currently watching the Fuse channel, and Pants Off Dance Off. Here's what the show info says: "Shredding their clothes down to their skivvies while dancing to popular music videos for the chance to win bragging rights and some hard earned cash." It's hilarious. Average people stripping, to a green screen prolly, while the music video plays in the background. They never show anything, but it's still entertaining.
Still...I think I'd rather watch Clueless...

Clueless was one of my FAVORITES in the 90's. But mostly because it was based on Jane Austen's EMMA.
