It's a beautiful day today!! We started out by going to a St. Patty's Day party at a friend's house. Then I picked up a Shamrock Shake from McDonald's and took a loooong walk around a neighborhood in Germantown. It was so windy it was like walking in water. Quite the workout!
Sunday we had our St. Patrick's Day dinner-corned beef and cabbage. I'd never made it before, and while it wasn't terrible, I don't think it'll be making its way into our regular dinner rotation. Once a year is good enough!
