eggs cooked like this:
My husband calls them something I think is completely stupid and dumb. And I’ve never ever heard them called this in my entire life until I met his family.
So, what do you call them? I’m curious if other people call them what he calls them.
Discuss.
(Oh, and he did make these eggs himself. For me. I love having someone cook for ME for a change!)

Those would be sunny side up or over easy... I call them both regularly.
Growing up my dad called them over easy and my mom called them sunny side up. I have decided that in my household they'll be called sunny side up. It sounds cuter than over easy.
Well, I obviously know what he calls them but I won't say....but I will say that it's not dumb! It's more like an action name - it's what you're doing with the bread!
We called them fried eggs.
If you crack them in the pan and don't flip them over they are "sunny side up", if you flip them over to finish them off they are "over easy or over medium" depending if you like the yoke running. What does he call them??? Dunkers?
Sunny side up, over easy.
Sunny Side up or fried eggs. One or the other.
Dippy eggs
nasty!!! that was i call runny eggs
I've become too accustomed to french food. I saw the picture and all I could think of was a croque madame, just waiting to happen.
SSU (sunny side up)
