I am not what you would consider an avid sports fan, but if there’s one thing I love, it’s March Madness. Probably because there’s usually some sort of gambling involved, ha. Before the days of bracket apps, I would print out every bracket we had entered and methodically circle or cross out the winners and losers after each game, calculating points and wondering if I had a shot year. Of course, now we have phones for that. A lot more convenient, not as much fun. Oh well. ANYWAY…BYU made it to the tournament and rounds 1 & 2 were in Milwaukee! So of course we had to go! We went with the Chaplins and had such a great time, amid all the Cougar faithful. Unfortunately we lost, but it was still really fun, and especially fun to root for our hometown player Luke Worthington who was in our ward. It’s always somewhat of a little Mormon reunion when you got to BYU games, and this was no different. Very fun. Always fun leaving your wallet in the arena and not noticing until the next morning too…
