Photo project
I've been meaning to post this for a long time, because I was really excited about it. But I can't really find a way I like to dislpay it, online or hard copy. I didn't like Picasa's collage view b/c it cuts off the edges of each picture. So for this, I put it in word, then screen printed it and pasted it into Paint. Then I cropped it and saved it. Yeesh. I need to work on it more, obviously, but it's an idea, and I think it's cool. I really need to learn more about photography. And my camera. I took most of the pictures in Texas, but some here in Milwauee, and some in Port Washington. All on my dinky Nikon CoolPix 2100.

Pretty cool, Karen. The only one I had to look at twice to figure out was the "t".
There is a company that started doing this a couple years ago and they were just featured on the MSN Money channel. Anyway, I thought it was way cool and while we were in chicago over the fourth of july I started taking pictures so I could collect the alphabet, I'll have to show you sometime!
don't you have photoshop? that's where i do some of my collage pics that picasa wouldn't do justice for.
No. No Photoshop. So sad. Maybe on our new computer. Wherever it is.
Hey...I totally do stuff like this...I could Photoshop it together (like Amy suggested) into two or three printable 8x10s, so that way you could display it...let me know, because I do everything completely free at the moment =) (Well, friends will probably never get charged anyway...because I like making people happy!)
