While they may sound alike, and look alike, baking soda and baking powder may not, in fact, be used interchangeably. Especially when making adorable sugar cookies.

Had you asked me about it while talking to me, I would have told you that:). I did it before in a huge batch of cornbread for a ward cookoff. Not great.
teaspoon and tablespoon are also different i've noticed:)
Been there, that's for sure. Except that was with my banana bread.

that is hilarious ..... can't say i've made that mistake (as i do zero baking), but GOOD TO KNOW! :)
