A Death in the Family

Actually, it's more like two deaths.

My boobs.

Of course I'd heard how your boobs die after you have a baby. Sag city. But I guess in the back of my mind I had just hoped and prayed that it wouldn't happen to me. I wear a nursing bra 24/7, but alas, as I got out of the shower today and toweled off, I couldn't help but notice my chesticles hung just a little lower. I almost cried, really.

There's no turning back, either. Books say it's not the nursing that creates swinging, pendulous breasts, but pregnancy in general. I don't know if I believe that.

All I know is I'm saving my pennies for a lift and a tuck when all this child-birthing business is over.

A moment of silence, please, for my long lost girls.

You are so hillarious. Look at your tombstone! Where do you come up with this stuff?

Haaa! Ha! I'm surprised they are hanging lower now- that's probably b/c they are more full right? Wait until you quit nursing. That will make you want to cry a bit. And wear a bra at all times, and I mean all. Times. I could go without a bra sometimes before I had Zara but now, nevah.

I commiserate with you. Casey has agreed to let me get a boob job and a tummy tuck after my child bearing years. At which time I probably won't care what I look like anyway...

I agree with Samantha, wait until you stop nursing. How are you liking "the host"? I liked it better than the twilight series but my friend says it just means I am not a hopless romantic.

I am with you on this one! Not only boobs, but tummy and hips as well. I NEVER used to have a poochy belly and big hips.
